Thule Pannier 25L Review
I’ve had these bags for about two months now and have only good things to say. Great capacity, incredibly durable, and fit on just about any bike back rack. The other reviews mention that the clips don’t secure right but I suspect those people just don’t know how to fasten these properly. It’s really easy. It’s also quite nice that the outside is free of all of the extraneous buckles, straps, and decoration that you find on competing panniers. – Justin
