How to use 1st Phorm Phormula-1
Add one scoop to six ounces of ice-cold water. Shake or stir (do not blend) until dissolved.
One scoop yields 23 grams of protein. Use in the morning or pre- and post-workout to help meet your protein goals.
For Best Results: Let Phormula-1 sit for 60 seconds after mixing to allow air bubbles to dissipate, which will ensure the smoothest possible shake.

I got the chocolate flavor, it is my go to. You don’t feel the funky bloat feeling like I have with other whey protein and the taste is great! I even got my extremely picky son to have a protein shake every now and then.

This is one of my go to flavors for making protein ice cream!! So creamy and a nice subtle sweetness to it. All you gotta do is add a few mini Oreos and you have delicious ice cream at home and still hit your macros!
