How to use the 1st Phorm Hydration Sticks
Mix one (1) Hydration Stick in sixteen (16) ounces of cold water. Stir or shake until the hydration formula is completely dissolved for best taste and absorption.

I’ve tried several different brands of electrolytes and these are my favorite, especially the strawberry flavor. They mix perfectly in a 16 oz bottle of water and are not too sweet or too salty. They also mix great with my intra-run drinks to keep my electrolytes balanced during long training days.
