How to use the 1st Phorm Endura-Formance
Take one (1) scoop with eight (8) oz. of cold water immediately before training.

This stuff is outstanding! I was looking for a pre workout without caffeine or too many stimulants. This is it! I get fueled for every workout or even just those rough mornings. This is a great pre workout. Send It!! Black cherry is excellent.
I love this stuff. It tastes great, I still get that jolt of energy but without the caffeine crash after. It does give you the tingly sensation. If this bothers you then I would not recommend this!
